Dometic Care, developed in partnership with Spinifex, emerged as an all-in-one digital hub. It captured product registration, warranty status, and service provider locations at a glance. Owners gained immediate support, extended warranties, and relevant product offers. Dealers and service agents accessed the same data, ensuring consistent, informed, and frictionless service interactions.

A revamped customer support team and a tailored marketing strategy ensured immediate impact. Comprehensive training ensured every stakeholder understood the platform’s value. Pilot programs reached thousands of owners by in the first 6 months, with a full-scale rollout following in June.
